Neighbour’s new showroom progressing well

In just two months, the new Keith Builders Showroom project is taking shape, with it progressing exceptionally well.

Groundworks are advancing both internally and externally, steelwork erection is nearing completion, and cladding installation is set to begin shortly. Following this, the team will move into the final fit-out phase of the facility.

It was last year when Keith Builders applied for planning permission to demolish the existing depot to make way for a state-of-the-art facility on the same site.

The redevelopment will introduce a purpose-built facility covering over two-and-a-half acres mirroring the state-of-the-art infrastructure at the company’s Keith branch.

With over 20,000 square feet of warehouse space and modernised office areas the Forres location is being designed to optimise both functionality and customer experience.

The redeveloped depot features more warehouse space, spacious kitchen and bathroom showrooms, a 2.5-Acre storage yard and the use of energy-efficient technologies:

Lee Binks, pre-construction manager said: “Projects this close to home are a rarity, making this one particularly special for our team. We’re off to a fantastic start, and we’ve even had the weather on our side so far.”
